F.eks. er globale m\u00e5l som <a href=\"https:\/\/agriculture.ec.europa.eu\/international\/international-cooperation\/international-organisations\/un-sustainable-development-goals_en\">FNs b\u00e6rekraftsm\u00e5l <\/a> integrert i EUs landbrukspolitikk, noe som betyr at landbruksproduksjonen f.eks. skal bidra til \u00e5 utrydde sult i verden.  I tillegg har <a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/strategy-and-policy\/priorities-2019-2024\/european-green-deal_en\">Europas gr\u00f8nne giv<\/a>, som omhandler tema som klimaendringer og milj\u00f8\u00f8deleggelser, p\u00e5virkning p\u00e5 landbruksproduksjonen generelt og p\u00e5 transhumans. Det omfatter strategier som Fra <a href=\"https:\/\/food.ec.europa.eu\/horizontal-topics\/farm-fork-strategy_en\">jord til bord-strategien<\/a>, som fokuserer p\u00e5 b\u00e6rekraftige matsystemer og setter m\u00e5l for bl.a. \u00f8kologisk landbruk, redusert bruk av plantevernmidler og kunstgj\u00f8dsel og mindre matsvinn. EUs <a href=\"https:\/\/environment.ec.europa.eu\/strategy\/biodiversity-strategy-2030_en\">biodiversitets strategi<\/a> omhandler dessuten gjenopprettelsen av Europas biologiske mangfold. M\u00e5lene omfatter blant annet oppretting av flere verneomr\u00e5der, etablering av landskapstyper som er rike p\u00e5 biologisk mangfold, og en \u00f8kning i \u00f8kologisk landbruk. Disse politiske m\u00e5lene og strategiene p\u00e5virker landbruket i Europa gjennom generelle lover og direktiver, samt gjennom EUs <a href=\"https:\/\/agriculture.ec.europa.eu\/common-agricultural-policy_en\">felles landbrukspolitikk<\/a> (CAP) og dens tilskuddsordninger.  Eksemplene ovenfor gjelder landbruksproduksjon i EU, men ogs\u00e5 andre europeiske land, som Norge, har forpliktet seg til \u00e5 n\u00e5 lignende politiske m\u00e5l. \u00c5 navigere i dette ganske komplekse politiske og \u00f8konomiske rammeverket, f.eks. for \u00e5 oppfylle kriterier for tilskudd, kan v\u00e6re utfordrende for transhumansut\u00f8vere. Imidlertid er praksisen til mange av dem allerede i samsvar med m\u00e5lene om \u00f8kt \u00f8kologisk produksjon, redusert bruk av kunstgj\u00f8dsel og \u00f8kt biologisk mangfold. Den fremtidige europeiske landbrukspolitikken kan derfor gi transhumansut\u00f8vere stadig st\u00f8rre muligheter til \u00e5 utvikle virksomhetene sine. Dette markedet har en tendens til \u00e5 endre seg raskt, b\u00e5de n\u00e5r det gjelder kj\u00f8p av innsatsfaktorer og salg av produkter. Siden innf\u00f8ringen av EUs felles landbrukspolitikk i 1962 har landbruket blitt en leverand\u00f8r av r\u00e5varer til mat, f\u00f4r og energi. B\u00f8ndene kjemper for \u00e5 produsere s\u00e5 billig som mulig, og s\u00f8ker etter muligheter for \u00e5 tilby standardkvalitet til den billigste prisen. Denne modellen trenger ikke \u00e5 v\u00e6re \u00f8deleggende for alle akt\u00f8rene i markedet, men kan v\u00e6re et \u2018kappl\u00f8p mot bunnen\u2019, et uttrykk som refererer til et firmas fors\u00f8k p\u00e5 \u00e5 ha priser som er lavere enn konkurrentenes ved \u00e5 ofre standarder p\u00e5 omr\u00e5der som kvalitet, sikkerhet og l\u00f8nninger. B\u00f8nder som driver i st\u00f8rre skala kan muligens h\u00e5ndtere situasjonen sv\u00e6rt godt og tjene penger. For b\u00f8nder som driver i mindre skala er det vanskelig \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 <i>stordriftsfordeler<\/i> p\u00e5 g\u00e5rdsniv\u00e5. B\u00f8nder som driver i mindre skala kan fors\u00f8ke \u00e5 samarbeide og \u2018outsource\u2019 eller \u2018insource\u2019 aktiviteter. \u00c5 levere konkurransedyktige r\u00e5varer p\u00e5 et globalt marked derimot er for tiden nesten umulig for b\u00f8nder som driver i mindre skala. Europa er sv\u00e6rt mangfoldig n\u00e5r det gjelder f.eks. klima, jordsmonn og kostnader knyttet til produksjonsfaktorer som arbeidskraft og jord. Dermed varierer det hvor stor produksjonen kan v\u00e6re, eller m\u00e5 v\u00e6re for \u00e5 konkurrere p\u00e5 et europeisk marked. Mens noen jordbruksbedrifter blir mer komplekse ved \u00e5 diversifisere gjennom merverdikjeder for mat, f\u00f4r, energi og industri, og ved \u00e5 investere i virksomheter utenfor landbruket, forblir jordbruket kjernen i virksomheten for noen b\u00f8nder som driver i mindre skala. Det som karakteriserer landskapene varierer, bl.a. pga. forskjeller i klima, jordsmonn, bygninger, avlinger og driftsmetoder. <a href=\"https:\/\/training.transfarm-erasmus.eu\/no\/modul-2-hvordan-praktisere-transhumans\">Modul 2<\/a> gir eksempler p\u00e5 transhumanslandskaper.  Offentligheten kan ha ulik oppfatning av tidligere og n\u00e5v\u00e6rende jordbrukslandskaper, men skj\u00f8tsel av enkelte typer landskap st\u00f8ttes med offentlige midler. Dette gjelder f.eks. landskaper med stort biologisk mangfold. Beiting av <a href=\"https:\/\/training.transfarm-erasmus.eu\/no\/case-studie\/forvaltning-av-biologisk-mangfold-i-nasjonalparker\">nasjonalparker i Ungarn<\/a> og samarbeidet mellom en <a href=\"https:\/\/training.transfarm-erasmus.eu\/no\/case-studie\/samarbeid-i-transhumans\">slovakisk transhumansut\u00f8ver og en nasjonalparkadministrasjon er eksempler p\u00e5 tiltak<\/a> for \u00e5 opprettholde transhumanslandskapet.   Selv om st\u00f8tte til \u00e5 vedlikeholde landskaper kan gj\u00f8re at offentligheten oppfatter b\u00f8nder som en slags offentlig tjenesteleverand\u00f8r snarere enn en entrepren\u00f8r, gjenspeiler det en verdsetting av kvalitetene b\u00f8ndene produserer. Med tanke p\u00e5 potensielle endringer i den \u00f8konomiske st\u00f8tten m\u00e5 b\u00f8ndene vurdere tilgangen til st\u00f8tteordninger og deres \u00f8konomiske behov p\u00e5 kort, middels og lang sikt for \u00e5 vedlikeholde eller investere i husdyr, maskiner, teknologi eller infrastruktur. I tillegg m\u00e5 b\u00f8ndene ta hensyn til det overordnete skiftet mot en mer milj\u00f8vennlig \u00f8konomi og de ambisi\u00f8se m\u00e5lene for landbruket, som tar sikte p\u00e5 gr\u00f8nnere, renere, rimeligere og sunnere praksis innen produksjon, foredling, lagring og transport, samtidig som det fokuseres p\u00e5 \u00e5 redusere karbonutslippene i sektoren. Landbruk og spesielt transhumans kan v\u00e6re bransjer som er utsatt for st\u00f8rre usikkerhet enn andre sektorer, siden de er sterkt avhengige av klimatiske forhold. Likevel m\u00e5 det tas beslutninger som tar hensyn til innsatsen som kreves for \u00e5 utf\u00f8re en oppgave, samt sannsynligheten for \u00e5 lykkes med den. For \u00e5 kunne ta gode beslutninger er det viktig \u00e5 ta hensyn til konteksten beslutningene tas i, f.eks. g\u00e5rden, jorda og husdyrene, personlige levek\u00e5r, \u00f8konomisk situasjon, behov og forventninger hos samarbeidspartnere og kunder. Kompleksiteten i disse faktorene avhenger av bedriftens st\u00f8rrelse, f.eks. n\u00e5r det gjelder produksjon, ansatte, kunder og samarbeidspartnere. Selv om man har vurdert potensielle positive og negative konsekvenser n\u00f8ye, kan noen beslutninger i ettertid fremst\u00e5 som klokere enn andre. Derfor er det viktig \u00e5 l\u00e6re av tidligere beslutninger. Et unikt salgsargument (USP) er et utsagn som definerer den unike fordelen ved et produkt eller en tjeneste, og som skiller det fra konkurrentene. Dermed har du oversikt over kundenes forhold til virksomheten din \u2212 f.eks. om varene deres kom i tide eller om de betalte for sent. CRM-programvare kan tilby avanserte analyse- og automatiseringsverkt\u00f8y som kan v\u00e6re spesielt nyttige hvis du administrerer mange kunder.  <\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"#3-1\">Fremhev USP-en din:<\/a><\/strong> Det er viktig \u00e5 gi kundene gode grunner til \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe dine produkter eller tjenester i stedet for en konkurrents. Hold USP-en klar og tydelig \u2212 ingen skal beh\u00f8ve \u00e5 sp\u00f8rre hva som gj\u00f8r deg annerledes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Styrke markedsf\u00f8ringen din:<\/strong> Legg (mer) innsats i \u00e5 kommunisere hvem du er, hva du selger og hvorfor kundene b\u00f8r kj\u00f8pe fra deg. Markedsf\u00f8ring trenger ikke \u00e5 v\u00e6re dyrt. Kostnadseffektiv annonsering kan v\u00e6re alt fra distribusjon av brosjyrer til kampanjer i sosiale medier. En solid plan (1) vil hjelpe deg med \u00e5 organisere deg, huske alle detaljer og sikre at n\u00f8dvendige skritt er tatt, (2) vil fungere som en rettesnor og hjelpe deg med \u00e5 tenke n\u00f8ye gjennom motivene for \u00e5 starte en virksomhet, fremtidige m\u00e5l og i hvilken grad de er oppn\u00e5dd, (3) er n\u00f8dvendig for \u00e5 f\u00e5 l\u00e5n og finansiering siden l\u00e5ngivere forventer \u00e5 ha tilgang til forretningsplaner for \u00e5 avgj\u00f8re om et l\u00e5n kan tilbakebetales. En forretningsplan b\u00f8r v\u00e6re et levende dokument. Planene b\u00f8r sammenlignes med virkeligheten og justeres om n\u00f8dvendig. Det finnes ulike typer forretningsplaner og maler p\u00e5 nettet. Noen er skriftlige dokumenter, mens andre best\u00e5r av regneark som skal fylles ut. Uansett hvilket format du velger, kan en forretningsplan bygges opp i samsvar med f\u00f8lgende 10 trinn:      <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Id\u00e9 og m\u00e5lgruppe: <\/strong> Hvilket problem l\u00f8ser produktet eller tjenesten din? Hvem er konkurrentene dine? <\/li>\n<li><strong>Visjon og m\u00e5l: <\/strong> Hvor vil du med virksomheten din? Beskriv visjonen med kortsiktige og langsiktige m\u00e5l s\u00e5 detaljert som mulig. Det f\u00f8rste eksempelet beregner den \u00e5rlige omsetningen til en bonde som leverer melk til et meieri, det andre eksempelet beregner den \u00e5rlige omsetningen til en bonde som foredler melken og selger produktene direkte til kundene.  <\/p>\n<p>Levering til meieri<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e5rd med 100 kyr som hver produserer 10 000 kg melk per \u00e5r, vil produsere 1 000 000 kg melk per \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>En betaling p\u00e5 30 cent netto\/kg melk betyr en omsetning p\u00e5 300 000 euro per \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Bonden trenger ikke \u00e5 ta seg av salget, men han har ingen innflytelse p\u00e5 prisen, som bestemmes av markedsforholdene.<\/p>\n<p>Bearbeiding og salg (direkte markedsf\u00f8ring)<\/p>\n<p>En bonde med 15 kyr som hver produserer 8 000 kg melk per \u00e5r, vil produsere 120 000 kg melk per \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Det g\u00e5r 10 kg melk til \u00e5 produsere 1 kg ost, og bonden f\u00e5r 25 \u20ac\/kg ost inkludert distribusjon. <\/p>\n<p>Det betyr at omsetningen per \u00e5r er 300 000 euro.<\/p>\n<p>Bonden m\u00e5 gj\u00f8re en stor innsats for \u00e5 f\u00e5 solgt produktene, men har innflytelse p\u00e5 salget (prisen), markedsf\u00f8ringen og distribusjonen.<\/p>\n<p>Dermed kan sv\u00e6rt ulike m\u00e5ter \u00e5 organisere virksomheten og selge produktene resultere i samme omsetning. Dessuten er det viktig \u00e5 v\u00e6re klar over at omsetning ikke er det samme som fortjeneste. I praksis hender det at du pr\u00f8ver \u00e5 \u00f8ke omsetningen uten \u00e5 legge merke til at fortjenesten ikke \u00f8ker. Dermed jobber du mer for \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 samme fortjeneste.
