Okrem toho <a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/strategy-and-policy\/priorities-2019-2024\/european-green-deal_en\">Eur\u00f3pska Zelen\u00e1 dohoda<\/a> ktor\u00e1 sa zaober\u00e1 zmenou kl\u00edmy a zhor\u0161ovan\u00edm \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia, m\u00e1 vplyv na po\u013enohospod\u00e1rsku v\u00fdrobu vo v\u0161eobecnosti aj konkr\u00e9tne na pasenie. Zah\u0155\u0148a strat\u00e9gie, ako je napr\u00edklad <a href=\"https:\/\/food.ec.europa.eu\/horizontal-topics\/farm-fork-strategy_en\">strat\u00e9gia \u201eFarm to Fork\u201c <\/a> ktor\u00e1 sa zameriava na udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9 potravinov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my a stanovuje ciele napr\u00edklad na zv\u00fd\u0161enie ekologick\u00e9ho po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstva, zn\u00ed\u017eenie pou\u017e\u00edvania pestic\u00eddov a hnoj\u00edv a zn\u00ed\u017eenie potravinov\u00e9ho odpadu. Okrem toho in\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/environment.ec.europa.eu\/strategy\/biodiversity-strategy-2030_en\">strat\u00e9gia v oblasti biodiverzity<\/a> sa zaober\u00e1 obnovou eur\u00f3pskej biodiverzity. Medzi ciele patr\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161enie po\u010dtu chr\u00e1nen\u00fdch oblast\u00ed, vytvorenie krajinn\u00fdch prvkov bohat\u00fdch na biodiverzitu a zv\u00fd\u0161enie ekologick\u00e9ho po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstva. Tieto politick\u00e9 ciele a strat\u00e9gie ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstvo v Eur\u00f3pe prostredn\u00edctvom v\u0161eobecn\u00fdch pr\u00e1vnych predpisov a smern\u00edc, ako aj prostredn\u00edctvom spolo\u010dnej <a href=\"https:\/\/agriculture.ec.europa.eu\/common-agricultural-policy_en\">po\u013enohospod\u00e1rskej politiky<\/a> (SPP) a jej nariaden\u00ed o financovan\u00ed.  Zatia\u013e \u010do uveden\u00e9 pr\u00edklady sa t\u00fdkaj\u00fa po\u013enohospod\u00e1rskej v\u00fdroby v r\u00e1mci Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie, in\u00e9 eur\u00f3pske krajiny, ako napr\u00edklad N\u00f3rsko, sa zaviazali k podobn\u00fdm politick\u00fdm cie\u013eom. Pohybova\u0165 sa v tomto pomerne zlo\u017eitom politickom a finan\u010dnom r\u00e1mci, napr\u00edklad s cie\u013eom z\u00edska\u0165 n\u00e1rok na financovanie zo sch\u00e9m, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 pre realiz\u00e1torov transhumancie v\u00fdzvou. Postupy mnoh\u00fdch podnikate\u013eov v oblasti transhumancie s\u00fa v\u0161ak u\u017e v s\u00falade s cie\u013emi zv\u00fd\u0161enia ekologickej produkcie, zn\u00ed\u017eenia pou\u017e\u00edvania hnoj\u00edv a zv\u00fd\u0161enia biodiverzity <a href=\"https:\/\/training.transfarm-erasmus.eu\/sk\/pripadove-studie\/budovanie-na-existujucej-infrastrukture\">SK1<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/training.transfarm-erasmus.eu\/sk\/pripadove-studie\/vhodne-pre-region\">SK2<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/training.transfarm-erasmus.eu\/sk\/pripadove-studie\/spolupraca-pri-transhumancii\">SK3<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/training.transfarm-erasmus.eu\/sk\/pripadove-studie\/ovce-kozy-a-hovadzi-dobytok\">GR4<\/a>. Tento trh m\u00e1 tendenciu by\u0165 nestabiln\u00fd, pokia\u013e ide o n\u00e1kup po\u013enohospod\u00e1rskych dod\u00e1vok aj predaj v\u00fdrobkov. Od zavedenia SPP v roku 1962 sa po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstvo stalo dod\u00e1vate\u013eom komod\u00edt na v\u00fdrobu potrav\u00edn, krm\u00edv a energie. Po\u013enohospod\u00e1ri sa sna\u017eia vyr\u00e1ba\u0165 \u010do najlacnej\u0161ie a h\u013eadaj\u00fa mo\u017enosti, ako pon\u00faknu\u0165 \u0161tandardn\u00fa kvalitu za \u010do najni\u017e\u0161iu cenu. Tento model nemus\u00ed by\u0165 pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov trhu zni\u010duj\u00faci, ale m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 &#8222;pretekom ku dnu&#8220;, \u010do je v\u00fdraz, ktor\u00fd ozna\u010duje snahu podniku zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 ceny konkurencie obetovan\u00edm \u0161tandardov v oblastiach, ako s\u00fa kvalita, bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a mzdy. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed po\u013enohospod\u00e1ri sa s touto situ\u00e1ciou m\u00f4\u017eu vyrovna\u0165 ve\u013emi dobre a dosiahnu\u0165 zisk. V pr\u00edpade men\u0161\u00edch po\u013enohospod\u00e1rov je \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 dosiahnu\u0165 <i>\u00faspory z rozsahu<\/i> na \u00farovni jedn\u00e9ho podniku. Men\u0161\u00ed po\u013enohospod\u00e1ri sa m\u00f4\u017eu sna\u017ei\u0165 spolupracova\u0165 a zad\u00e1va\u0165 \u010dinnosti extern\u00fdm dod\u00e1vate\u013eom alebo ich zad\u00e1va\u0165 in\u00fdm dod\u00e1vate\u013eom. Dod\u00e1va\u0165 komodity konkurencieschopne na glob\u00e1lnom trhu je v\u0161ak v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti pre men\u0161\u00edch po\u013enohospod\u00e1rov takmer nemo\u017en\u00e9. Eur\u00f3pa je ve\u013emi r\u00f4znorod\u00e1, napr\u00edklad z h\u013eadiska podnebia, p\u00f4dy a n\u00e1kladov na v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 faktory, ako je pracovn\u00e1 sila a p\u00f4da. Rozsah v\u00fdroby, ktor\u00fd je mo\u017en\u00fd alebo potrebn\u00fd na dosiahnutie konkurencieschopnosti na trhu, sa preto v Eur\u00f3pe l\u00ed\u0161i. Zatia\u013e \u010do niektor\u00e9 po\u013enohospod\u00e1rske podniky sa st\u00e1vaj\u00fa komplexnej\u0161\u00edmi diverzifik\u00e1ciou prostredn\u00edctvom re\u0165azcov pridanej hodnoty potrav\u00edn, krm\u00edv, energie a priemyslu a investovan\u00edm do nepo\u013enohospod\u00e1rskych podnikov, pre niektor\u00fdch men\u0161\u00edch po\u013enohospod\u00e1rov zost\u00e1va po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstvo jadrom ich \u010dinnosti. Hodnotenie minul\u00fdch a s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdch po\u013enohospod\u00e1rskych krajinn\u00fdch \u0161trukt\u00far sa m\u00f4\u017ee medzi verejnos\u0165ou l\u00ed\u0161i\u0165; mana\u017ement niektor\u00fdch typov krajinn\u00fdch \u0161trukt\u00far je v\u0161ak podporovan\u00fd z verejn\u00fdch prostriedkov. Ide napr\u00edklad o krajiny s vysokou biodiverzitou. Pr\u00edkladom \u00fasilia o zachovanie t\u00fdchto typov krajiny je pasenie v <a href=\"https:\/\/training.transfarm-erasmus.eu\/sk\/pripadove-studie\/starostlivost-o-biodiverzitu-v-narodnych-parkoch\">n\u00e1rodn\u00fdch parkoch v Ma\u010farsku<\/a> a spolupr\u00e1ca medzi farm\u00e1rkou a <a href=\"https:\/\/training.transfarm-erasmus.eu\/sk\/pripadove-studie\/spolupraca-pri-transhumancii\">spr\u00e1vou n\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho parku na Slovensku<\/a> s\u00fa pr\u00edkladom \u00fasilia o zachovanie t\u00fdchto druhov krajiny.   Hoci poskytovanie platieb za udr\u017eiavanie krajiny m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165, \u017ee verejnos\u0165 bude po\u013enohospod\u00e1rov vn\u00edma\u0165 sk\u00f4r ako druh poskytovate\u013ea verejn\u00fdch slu\u017eieb ne\u017e ako podnikate\u013ea, odr\u00e1\u017ea to ocenenie hodn\u00f4t, ktor\u00e9 po\u013enohospod\u00e1ri produkuj\u00fa. Pri zoh\u013eadnen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fdch zmien vo finan\u010dnej podpore musia po\u013enohospod\u00e1ri zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 dostupnos\u0165 podporn\u00fdch sch\u00e9m a svoje kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9, strednodob\u00e9 a dlhodob\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00e9 potreby na udr\u017eanie alebo invest\u00edcie do hospod\u00e1rskych zvierat, strojov, technol\u00f3gi\u00ed alebo infra\u0161trukt\u00fary. Okrem toho musia po\u013enohospod\u00e1ri zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed posun smerom k ekologickej\u0161iemu hospod\u00e1rstvu a ambici\u00f3zne ciele pre po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstvo, ktor\u00e9 sa zameriavaj\u00fa na ekologickej\u0161ie, \u010distej\u0161ie, cenovo dostupnej\u0161ie a zdrav\u0161ie postupy pri v\u00fdrobe, spracovan\u00ed, skladovan\u00ed a preprave, pri\u010dom sa zameriavaj\u00fa aj na zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed uhl\u00edka v tomto odvetv\u00ed. Na prij\u00edmanie spr\u00e1vnych rozhodnut\u00ed je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 zoh\u013eadni\u0165 kontext, v ktorom sa rozhodnutia prij\u00edmaj\u00fa, napr. farmu, jej p\u00f4du a hospod\u00e1rske zvierat\u00e1, osobn\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00e9 podmienky, finan\u010dn\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu, potreby a o\u010dak\u00e1vania spolupracovn\u00edkov a z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov. Komplexnos\u0165 t\u00fdchto faktorov z\u00e1vis\u00ed od rozsahu podniku, napr. z h\u013eadiska v\u00fdroby, zamestnancov, z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov a spolupracuj\u00facich firiem. Hoci po d\u00f4kladnom zhodnoten\u00ed potenci\u00e1lnych pozit\u00edvnych a negat\u00edvnych d\u00f4sledkov sa niektor\u00e9 rozhodnutia m\u00f4\u017eu pri sp\u00e4tnom poh\u013eade javi\u0165 ako m\u00fadrej\u0161ie ne\u017e in\u00e9. Preto je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pou\u010di\u0165 sa z predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich rozhodnut\u00ed. \u010c\u00edm \u00faspe\u0161nej\u0161ie boli Va\u0161e rozhodnutia v minulosti, t\u00fdm istej\u0161ie budete prij\u00edma\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie rozhodnutia.
